How we work

  1. Scope: a workshop to agree the problem, users, must-have features and budget.
  2. Design: wireframes and clickable screens you approve before any code is written.
  3. Build: two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one.
  4. Test: functional, device and load testing before launch.
  5. Launch and support: go-live, monitoring and a support plan after launch.

Why build with Flare

Most software agencies stop at launch. Because Flare also runs marketing and sales, we build products that are ready to be sold: fast, findable on Google and AI search, and measured from the first user.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code?

You do. On final payment, the source code, designs and accounts are transferred to your business.

Do you work fixed price or hourly?

Fixed price for clearly scoped projects such as MVPs, and monthly retainers for ongoing product work. We recommend the model in the proposal.

How long does a build take?

An MVP usually takes six to twelve weeks. Larger platforms are planned in phases, with a working release every two weeks.

What support do you give after launch?

A support plan covering monitoring, bug fixes, updates and new features, agreed before launch.

Which technologies do you use?

We choose the stack for the project. Common choices are React and Next.js for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile, Node.js and Python on the server, and AWS or Google Cloud for hosting.
